Afraid or not, Detective
Bobbie Gentry has a monster to confront. The pain of losing her family
and nearly her life to a criminal's vile hunger is still fresh, but now
the landscape is different. Now she's not alone. Now she has Nick Shade
to trust. Nick treats the terror of his past with vengeance. He's
dedicated his life to hunting serial killers, and he'd give up his last
breath to save Bobbie. When a string of killings bloodies Savannah's
elite society and causes cold cases to resurface, Bobbie is captured in a
city more haunted than Nick's inescapable nightmares. And as the
murderer strikes close, Nick and Bobbie will need to become even closer
if they're going to survive.
Review: Thank you Debra Webb for the ARC of The Coldest Fear by Debra Webb that I read and reviewed.
This
was the third book in the Shades of Death Series and I would recommend
that you read the series in order not have any spoilers and to get the
entire enjoyment of this great series that is truly a great read by
Debra Webb.
Now for this third book, I can honestly say I loved it
from the first page until the very last word that was written. I loved
the surprises that Webb threw at her readers and the great and satisfied
end to this storyline. I absolutely love Bobbie and Nick together and
in this book they once again did not disappoint me.
There really are
no words for this book that I can say. This is Debra Webb at her best.
This series has been one of her best. If you are looking for a book that
will keep you up night or make you not want to put it down this is
definitely for you. I am not going to give spoilers and as I stated the
other books should be read as well but The Coldest Fear is one hot book.
I am giving The Coldest Fear five out of five stars.
